Returns & exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
- Items must be unused and unpressed onto any surface.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Returns lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded.
